Construction Details:

Made of ponte knit. It was my first try at colorblocking, and was done on the fly, the evening before the con I first wore it at. The sewing and everything was really easy -- the martini was actually the most difficult part, and that was easy, too. I filled an acrylic martini glass with clear gel meant to simulate water in silk floral arrangements, and plunked in a couple of Sculpey olives.

Personal Thoughts:

This is my "I'm too lazy to wear an actual cosplay" cosplay, for when I get tired at the end of a long con day and want nothing more than to throw on a comfy knit dress and some boots.

I still love it, though. I really love Mom, and I'm glad I chose her for my lazy cosplay.
