Construction Details:

I made the jumper out of plaid flannel, since it was the only plaid material I could find. This is a mistake when you wear it to a summer con in Arizona. This was the first time I had ever adjusted a pattern. It started out as just a skirt pattern, the waistband and straps I did myself. The plaid didn't match up as well as I'd hoped and the straps were more than useless (they kept slipping off my shoulders), but overall pretty good for my first time.

Personal Thoughts:

I am kind of sad that I only got to wear this costume once, and that I wore it to a con when it was hot as balls out.
