Personal Thoughts:

My friend Nick was doing Shippuuden Shikamaru, and so, he asked me to style his wig. :D I ended up making two of these. One for Mechacon, and one for him to take to Anime South that same year. Both wigs were basically styled the same way.

Styling Notes

I think it was the Clover that was used. Back then, it was cosworx, so I'm not super sure. The wig was super thick, so I was able to pull it into a ponytail without adding wefts to it. I tried a new way to make the spikes stick (new for 2007), which is using a blow dryer and Aquanet, so it all kind of melts together, which makes it stick and slick looking.
