Construction Details:

I used a shirt as a base and added the ruffles and cuffs. Vertical striped shirts were awfully hard to find at the time. I altered a vest. I created the shorts out of broadcloth. The ruffles made the part on the back twirl naturally. Couldn't find striped socks for cheap, so I somehow found this one and put a black sock underneath. My mom created the boots, based on fake uggs, and attached them to old shoes we had around the house.
