Construction Details:

would redo the dress underneath in silk maybe, but I wore it thrice already so maybe retire..? Only will wear again if Anatra makes her other version of Lucy. The dress was some random sorta stretch fabric I found in a close enough shade that I interfaced in the front and then sewing in lines to get the snake-belly ribbed effect. I made the top neckline a bit too big so I have to double-sided tape it to my skin to keep it taunt lol.

Anyway, the robe was made out of black parquet. It's some kinda fake suede/velvet like thing, I dunno. I didn't line it cuz the back of the fabric was already a really nice satin finish. I painted on the details. Originally was gonna use leather or something as an applique but it wouldn't have shown up in the night photos we wanted to do so went with something more silver. QD made my toujours pur Black family ring. I bought the official earrings and wand. Wore some cool snake print high heels I had (for work but I never wore because I discovered oxfords instead lol). They got chewed up completely after wearing in downtown toronto for 2 days straight and walking the city/con. The wig was a dark brown wig with bangs that I glued in platinum blond wefts to and tied up in the back.
