Construction Details:

the cape and dress is made from cottons. The headband is made from the same cotton and has floral wire inside.

The staff- the handle is a dowel. The prinny part is has a core foam cut into half egg shape and then covered with model magic. It was sanded and painted. The base holding the prinny is cardstock paintd, and I put a hole in the bottom of the prinny to stick onto the dowel to then secure it with glue.
