Construction Details:

Dress- made of cotton. The skirt was gathered.
Socks- bought from sockdreams!
headband- the top part is made from craft foam and glued onto the top of an actual headband. The speaker looking things used were these plastic disks used for gardening-to put on bottom of pots.
puppets- I cut foam balls in half, and stuck chopsticks into bottom to hold them. I then made a covering and put it over the ball and tied it closed with the ribbon. The coverings are made of cottons, the faces are felt.

Personal Thoughts:

I had a few friends who wanted to do a pop'n group, and I couldn't resist Nonet~ her puppets were so derpy cute!
