Construction Details:

-Dress was patterned from scratch
-Crown is craft foam over a wire frame
-Guitar is insulation foam, dowel rod and a wooden knob. The insulation foam is coated in a concoction of Durham's Water Putty and lightweight spackle
- Boots are covers built over shoes out of knit fabric and headliner foam
-Wig is a New Look Afro XL

Personal Thoughts:

The first time I played Pop 'n, I KNEW I had to cosplay SOMEONE from it. White Merry is one of the more ridiculous and adorable characters so I went with her. Also, in Utacchi she has the Kenshin theme as one of her songs and that made me happy :)

Styling Notes

Just sewed the ears to it and clipped in the crown
