Construction Details:

I made the shirt using a t-shirt of my own (that I liked the fit of) as a pattern, using a blue stretch knit. The miniskirt was just a tube of darker blue knit.

The socks and shoes I bought. The hat I made using the commercially-available Finn hat as a reference. My backpack I made using canvas, some leftover green fabric I already had, some foam and a zipper. It zips open at the top and is super handy at cons.

The sword I added for Dragoncon 2013, I used an old toy sword I had and added the bow (plastic base covered in blue satin), the pink and yellow greeblies, and ribbon streamers.
