Construction Details:

Slightly modified a blouse pattern, using the same linen as for my Rise school uniform blouse. Vest is fully interfaced and made with a holographic black spandex and pink stretch charmeuse. Front bow is interfaced clips onto the blouse, and was made using Rufflebutt's faux bow tutorial. Waist sash is JoAnns sparkly satin, while the petticoat is a simple circle skirt with some sparkle organza flounces and lace trim attached to the bottom, which I hand sewed sequins to. Skirt is the same pink charmeuse as the vest and bow, also patterned by me.
