Upon seeing the picture, I already knew that I wanted to use velvet. Created a new sloper for this costume, I think it fits pretty well.
- Personal Thoughts:
- So I told myself I wouldn't do another Touhou costume... then my friend showed me this awesome wallscroll with a fanart version of Shikieiki.
