If there were anything I'd change about this cosplay, it would be making the navy blue fabric black. Other than that, this wasn't difficult at all.

Personal Thoughts:

Panty and Stocking is definitely not your average anime series. It's vulgar and crude and chock full of potty jokes - which is what makes it funny.
