Construction Details:

Aside from part of the breastplate (where the base is made from epoxy sculpt) all the armor is made from fun foam and yoga mats which I painted to either look like steel or leather. The breastplate and corset were re-purposed from my previous demon hunter cosplay, with some new details added and a new paint job. The crossbow is made from carved insulation foam with fun foam details.

Personal Thoughts:

This was the first version of Demon Hunter I wanted to do, even though I ended up making the heavy armor instead.
Blizzard was kind enough to contact me before I went to PAXeast and ask me to drop by their booth with the costume, which was a really cool experience!
