Construction Details:

The vest is a loan from friend laurentea.
Other items were bought from a thrift shop, with the exception of the pipe and wig.
The pipe was made of regular acrylic pipe and a piece of craft foam, covered in latex for texture and painted. The wig was a basic blonde wig from ebay, which I added roots to and gave a more "sandy" look by applying ben ney hair colour product (an alcohol based makeup paint) through it with a mascara wand.
The funnest part of the costume was the makeup, and making myself look really down trodden and worn out.
I used illustration pallet makeup for most of it, giving myself freckles and heavy under eye circles, and the rest was done with lip-liner (bigger freckles) eyeshadow and lipgloss (under my eyes for that cried-out look)

Personal Thoughts:

This was a costume I had been wanting to do forever. Out of all the SH protagonists, Heather is by far my favorite with her snark and no BS attitude.
