Construction Details:

I chose to mix the concept art and in-game outfit together because I liked elements of both. This costume is mostly modified store bought items. I styled the wig with Got2be glued freeze spray. I painted the headset, checkered belts, and shoes. The shapes on the jacket, arm piece, elbow guard, and leg pouch straps were made by me from scratch. I used glow in the dark fabric on some parts of the costume too.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this costume for a Saints Row: The Third group with friends. I chose Matt Miller because I like the Deckers' outfits and his mission the best. We got my friend Justin to wear a toilet costume with me too. Lol. While wearing these outfits at Dragon*Con, we just happened to run into Steve Jaros, the lead writer of the game and he talked to us for a while and bought us all purple shots. It was kind of surreal. :)
