Construction Details:

I bought the fabric on vacation in Taiwan! Thennnnn it wasn't enough. D: So I bought more fabric, which I wasn't as happy with, but it grew on me as I worked with it. The gold I used for the waist-skirt-thing is all the Taiwanese fabric I actually used. >.<

This is the most fabric I've ever put into a cosplay or worn at one time. I've got somewhere between 12-15 yards in this, all told (under-dress, lining, trim, etc). It's heavy in a nice way.

There's a lot of hand-stitching here. The cuffs on the sleeves, the neck-band on the top under-layer, and all the gold trim. //orz
