About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
The corset was altered by a basic corset pattern found. I id some mock-up drawings to see what number or seam lines I liked. Some artworks had 5 some had 10 some had as many as 20. I found that I liked having 15 so I had to calculate how much each would take up and then distribute that extra length along certain parts of the pattern to ensure the shape of it would still exist as well as to make sure they would all line up along the entire corset. It all paid off in the end!!
The tiara, bracers, belt, and chest armor are done by Wonderflex and my boots were purchase.
My lasso is rope bought at Lowes Hardware painted gold and then wrapped with EL Wire. The battery pack hides inside my belt. - Personal Thoughts:
- My favorite costume to date. Wonder Woman will always be a personal favorite of mine, and I worked especially hard to pull this costume together.
