Construction Details:

Underdress was sewn w/out a pattern, white dress was an altered sleeveless dress pattern. Blue stripes are extra wide double fold bias. I made a long petticoat to wear underneath, and bought pre-made ruffles.

My first cosplay that was completely made by me!
