Construction Details:

It's made from a carboard base, expanding insulation foam, carved down, covered in masking tape, and then paper mache. Then primer, paint and a sealant. Want to know more, just ask.

I DID make the undies however, and they are made from craft foam.

I liked wearing this, even if it's a little too big on me. 8D

Personal Thoughts:

I have a confession to make. I.... did not make this cosplay. My fiance Josh did. And he made it for himself... but then leaving it in the car and a few weeks later... it shrunk and it no longer fit him. SO. I wore it instead! But initially, I only helped paint and sand it down!
