Construction Details:

The costume took two months of collaborating sporadically, collecting materials, loosing weight, sewing and crafting small details, and ordering items.
The climbing axe was made by my father. The gun we already had. The shirt I picked up from F21 and destroyed it with paints and other stain making things.
The boots I picked up years prior at Target. The belt was found at Value Village.
The gun holster I made from scrapping a pleather skirt.
The pants I found at goodwill.

Personal Thoughts:

This could very well be in my top 5 favorite costumes I have ever worn, photographed, and worked on. Lara Croft was an ICON of my childhood and her Reborn outfit suited me. She's 21, I'm 20 (Turning 21 in October!) and the fact that she is younger, new to the expedition and a survivor really appealed to me.
Everything about this game and character makes me happy. It's truly a dream come true costume.
