Construction Details:

I have remade the skirt 4 times, this final attempt I used four way stretch satin and used the princess seam method to construct the skirt with an a symmetrical flare at the bottom and extra fabric added on for a more dramatic flare effect.
The top it navy bridal satin with a zipper down the center and pearls hand sewn all around and a triangle cut bottom.
I also made the earrings.

Personal Thoughts:

Mistress 9 is my absolute villian in Sailor Moon. My favorite scout when i was a kid was Sailor Saturn and since I was a kid I had a one track mind towards who i liked. Since Mistress 9 was the "evil Saturn" (i thought at that age) I fell in love immediately. It wasnt until i rewatched the series when I was old enough to understand it that I knew I still loved her.
