Construction Details:

This outfit was pretty hands on, the detail to the jacket was actually hand painted on using 3 dimensional fabric paint and the stripped shirt was dyed orange. I also painted the headband restyled the wig using light hair spray and the headband itself to hold the style in place.
The waist tie was the easiest part of the cosplay, I basically made a poncho like pattern, cut, and sewed the fabric leaving no openings so it looks like a sweater but isnt able to be used actually. Then I just tied it around my waist.

Personal Thoughts:

I really had a lot of fun planning out and cosplaying Toma. Although I didnt get the actual wig I wanted and I plan to get a new one, wearing the complete costume with my group turned out to be really great.
