Construction Details:

The wig, I fought with it off and on for about two weeks. It really came out the way I wanted it to so I'm happy with it. I REALLY wanted pink contacts to finish the whole thing and I was concerned they would be to strange looking. They are strange looking, but they ended up working well. I got circle lenses that didn't have a black outline just the way the character is drawn. The contacts really do add so much to this cosplay.

Personal Thoughts:

This is a SUPER simple cosplay that didn't require any sewing, only some crafting by my part. I pieced it together with various shades of blue so it had a little bit more depth than just "ELECTRIC BLUE" :) . Overall I think it came out pretty cute, I made all the ears and resin cast them to sell in my Etsy shop (SteamWolf Symphony if you search for it) for pony cosplayers and I have been wanting to do a Dash. I have a Cadence in the planning stages for a party later on this year.
