Construction Details:

Debuted in 2012, I did this purely on a whim. The wig was a gift from Ammy, the skirt was from Marshalls, the socks from Savers and the shoes I already had. The shoes are kinda falling apart, so I need new ones.

Personal Thoughts:

Velocity and I had planned on doing a sexy photoshoot together after hours at a con with Hetalia people. It was decided on Poland and Lithuania because they were the easiest to finish in time, even though Poland isn't anywhere close to my favorite character.
