Construction Details:

The dress is basically a three-tier circle skirt with an elastic waistband and an attached halter-style bodice. Each tier of the circle skirt is hemmed with horsehair braid. If you flip the bodice to the inside of the skirt, it turns into a petticoat! (HECK YEAH MULTIPURPOSE COSTUME PIECES)

Styling Notes

Hairspray, steam training, and teasing. It sounds like a scene from Grease, but it's really just what I did to the wig. :|
