Construction Details:

his outfit is from the episode where Sakura captures the snow card. To capture the feel of the episode I used fleece and flannel to create this outfit.

The jacket is from an easy 'make it in 2 hours or so' pattern. I made the bunny ears out of cardstock and pipe cleaners so that they are posable. The ears are attached to a headband and slits are cut into the hood of the jacket to the slip the ears through. This makes the jacket easy to wash and also has the added benefit of keeping the hood securely in place.

The shorts are made out of yellow flannel. I basically made a pair of really big shorts and put elastic in the waist and gathered them around legs to give them that poofy fluffy look.

The boot covers are made out of fleece and secured with elastic under the soles of the shoes.
