Construction Details:

Venusaur is my absolute all-time favorite Pokemon so how could I not cosplay it.

The dress is altered from a pattern to give it that bell shape and supplemented with a tulle petticoat. I used a rather scalely looking blue fabric to give it a reptilian feel.

The bottom of the dress is covered in blue, green, and silver sequins that were all hand sewn on.

The ears are made out of a headband and craft foam that I covered in blue fabric.

The flower is made out of fleece. There are two layers that have a inside support structure made out of bristol board and wire.
