Construction Details:

This was supposed to be a fun casual Sunday cosplay. And nothing is more comfy than sweatpants. Thus Totoro was born.

I took a grey hooded jacket and took the pockets off. I then used the fabric for the pockets to make the ears and little trangle bits on the chest. The rest of the details are made out of fleece. Everything was sewn my hand.
