Top to bottom:
Hat - I drafted the pattern for the hat. It has two layers with stuffing between the two to give it that poofy gravity defying look.
Dress/shirt/petticoats - The dress is a heavily altered pattern. The shirt is based off a blazer pattern and altered to have a collar and puffy sleeves. (I used the blazer because I wanted it to be very close fitting and I'd already used the same pattern before so I sort of knew what I was doing.) Petticoats were created out of the same basic shapes as the bottom of the dress. There are two layers sewn together.
Wings - I sewed these by hand around a cardboard and wire shape. These were then sewn directly to the dress to make it easier to get in and out of.
Socks/shoes - The socks are basic knee highs with lace hot glued to the top. I covered the shoes and created the red bows and strap to go across.
Other - I also make the kero plushie and wand. Kero is made out of fleece and the wand is sculpted out of model magic, craft foam, and a wooden dowel.
