Construction Details:

Easy enough: had the cat suit around, wore it backwards (it zips up in the back, or is supposed to anyways), got the belt and glasses from Walmart, and already had the choker and boots.

Personal Thoughts:

Did this for a group with some friends since I already had the wig, cat suit, and boots. All I had to get was sunglasses, belt, and zipper pull. XD Obviously the belt isn't accurate, but it's just a found item for a group, and I don't make the best Julia anyways (hate my tan) so I don't really care to put more effort into it. This belt is stylish enough. ^_^
