Construction Details:

Such an easy cosplay~ Used red cotton sateen to make the dress part and then white cotton to make her ruffle skirt.

I think the ruffle skirt took the longest time to be honest. I cut out three lengths and ruffled them and sewed them together. BAM. SKIRT.
