Construction Details:

The dress is vinyl material with snaps on the sides and the heart was glued on, belts were also vinyl material.
staff was made out of paperclay and a dowel rod and gemstones glued to it, boot were spray painted and the stars were glued on

Personal Thoughts:

I love Silent Hill soooo soo much and Heather is def my favorite character. I thought this costume of hers was hilariously awesome, unfortunately this was only my 3rd cosplay ever and it is not as good as it could be.
