Construction Details:

As for how I made it, I used lycra and then for the armor I used craft foam, which was amazingly effective. I wore a body suit underneath it all too. The shoes were regular flip flops that added about an inch to my height. I painted those and sewed the lycra to the shoes to make the boots.

After using sock glue and having the boots fall down on me one too many times, I made the boots into stockings and now I can just slip them on and attach the armor to them, which I love. Overall, it was a great learning experience of a cosplay!

Personal Thoughts:

This was my second endeavor in terms of sewing a costume. I still like how it came out. I was glad that I could use my own hair for this costume and avoid wearing a wig for once. Now though I cut my hair short, so I can't really wear it till my hair has grown back XD It was a blast to wear though and I had tons of fun making it. Hope you like it!
