Construction Details:

I altered a dress pattern for the top, since it had the princess seams I wanted. shortened it to shirt length, added a zipper in the back, sailor collar, buttons and bow. Skirt is a simple circle skirt I sewed bias tape and ribbon to.
Hat I made by covering some poster paper with blue fabric, and then made a big circle and gathered and glued it to the fabric covered strip. It was pretty simple to figure out, and i have some bias tape loops glued inside so i can slip bobby pins into it. Socks are from online and shoes are just some shoes i had laying around.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my favorite outfit of Stocking's so I was really happy I got to make it! Even if my sailor collar came out really weird because of my dumb baby shoulders.
