Construction Details:

It looked simple enough but I never would have realized that I would come across so many issues with this outfit. I had no issues with the pants but the jacket was the biggest pain in the butt ever. I drafted the top to be a separate piece from the bottom as the belt would cover it. I had no issues with the top at all. The only issue was the bottom and to make it do a wider A line type but have the bias tape centered in the middle. I got the shape after wasting like 1 m of fabric but the bias tape being in the middle was the biggest issue. It took me a couple of hours and redoing what I was doing until it got the right shape and position.

After wearing this again, I need to do some minor adjusts as to where the gem should be and how I should keep it down. Currently the snaps keep undoing themselves only because I placed the gem too low. Something to keep in mind for the next time! :D
