Construction Details:

My brother actually helped me out a lot with this one. He took random pieces of wood and board to put together this bad boy. Lots of Gorilla Glue! Of course, my one and only job looks great without the flash--but with flash/direct sunlight, it looks ridiculous. I wish I used spray paint instead of trying to get creative and used enamel acrylic paint. It actually makes noise when I strum, so that amused me for a while, too. For a first-time prop, I'd say it's pretty damn good.
