Construction Details:

The white tunic was just made out of simple white cotton patterned out of some...blouse pattern I bought 4 years ago lol. Lined of course and gold sateen trims.

The shoulder capes were done with Vinyl and painted over with spray paint then sealed with mod-podge. I made the gloves using some old princess glove pattern I was taught back in the day XD.

And the skirt? ... Well...its juts a big rectangle really LOL. Added elastic on the waist but even then I need to hike up the skirt to walk

Personal Thoughts:

Honestly I didn't really plan anything for this costume. I had him on the to-do list but when my friend said she was going to do Sheeda, I jumped in and offered to be Promoted!Merric(I have his default in mind, but this was for Otakon..c'mon..I'm not crazy enough to make layers in the dead heat of summer XD). The only thing we were missing was a Marth. The wig is a re-use from Lugh's, all I did was re-style it but with all the wind and heat, the style kinda went aloof
