Construction Details:

Construction...Well I made the patterns myself which was probably my #1 mistake with this costume since everything fit weird. The cape was meant to be a half-circle cape but that ended terribly. Skirt was suppose to be a circle skirt as well and THAT ended badly as well lol. I managed to make do and what you see is what you basically would guess how I made it.

Personal Thoughts:

This was actually pretty fun despite my having to haul up my dress. Although, its costumes like this that make me wonder "How the heck does your academy get by with making a guy wear a skirt?" XD. Its pretty hilarious
