Construction Details:

Most of the costume I put together from stuff I already have (flowy skirts are kind-of my thing). I bought the plastic toy gun and painted it (except for the orange tip which was taken out by photo shop - for safety reasons).

Personal Thoughts:

I love Stephen King and the Dark Tower series is among my favorite books. Although Jake is probably my favorite character, I was always drawn to Susan Delgado and her tragic story. When I saw the comic version of her, I knew I wanted to cosplay her!

I always planned to put together this cosplay for a photo shoot, rather than a con, to try and re-create some scenes from the comic and book.
