Construction Details:: The skirt was originally white and purchase from Goodwill. Despite the skirt being made of 63% polyester I used scarlet Rit Dye to dye the skirt which did alright but I probably could have thrown in some black into the dye to get it a darker color. The shirt was from H&M and modified. The patch was commissioned from Wooly Springs. I had the tie from another cosplay (Gakuen!Hetalia). The hair clips were made from Fimo airclay with sanding, minor painting, and glossing, and then were glued onto a headband wrap thing that was painted blue as it originally came in purple. The glasses were bought from the 99 cent store and the lenses were popped out. I already owned the tights and shoes.
Personal Thoughts:: Easy cosplay was easy~ One day I'll do the plugsuit version... T^T

Styling Notes: I had bought this wig a long time ago for Hazuki from Baka to Test but it was originally sold from FS as a Mari wig. Many years later and I finally used it for its intended purpose. ^^;
