Construction Details:

The costume was pretty easy I made everything expect for the stocking and shoes. the hat was a child pattern but somehow fits on my head. the shirt is made our of cotton and the vest is made out of poplin. They skirt is cotton as well. the watch is a armband I had for a while, I just sewed a watch face on it.

Personal Thoughts:

Kotetsu is so awesome and vibriant, and great character to cosplay. I know I could not work with facial hair, so I choose to be a Genderbent version. My first Genderbent cosplay.
