Personal Thoughts:

The very first coffee date my fiance and I went on, as soon as we both realized we were book worms, Jonathan (the fiance) told me I had to read The Dresden Files.

I'm the type of person who "casts" the books I read, and from day one, I pictured Jonathan as Harry Dresden. So when it came to cosplay ideas, we both jumped at the chance to to the Dresden Files.

This one was (obviously) fairly easy. I already owned the shoes and the shirt. I picked up the pants at a thrift store. My dad is in law enforcement, so he got the leather police belt, gun holster and ammo clips for me. And the gun was Jonathan's airsoft, with the orange tip covered in masking tape.

The hardest part was bleaching and dying my hair from black to blonde. I think I fried my hair to the limit, this time. >_<

I took the pictures with the aid of my sisters friend in the alleys of my hometown. I had a blast photoshopping them, and was really happy to capture the dark, low-lighting look I was going for. ^_^
