Personal Thoughts:

When I first saw this character, I thought the character design was one of the loveliest I'd ever seen. The costume was a challenge. We designed the wig as a Vegas showgirl type head dress, with lots of feather boas as wings. When I did the presentation, I emulated Tiara's transformation choreography exactly, except, of course, I couldn't fly. ;)
