Construction Details:

The whole suit is pretty much one piece. The grid fabric was a really lucky find at the downtown fabric district. I used the Kwik sew bodysuit pattern. With the help of the Revulotech figure, I drew all the borders of the color change one. Afterwards, I cut along these lines and used the white as pattern for the green and yellow. Lots if the details had to be hand stitched on which was exhausting. All the little buttons are painted milk carton caps (lol) that were hot glued onto bobbins hand sewn into the suit.
Cuffs: Foam can holder from Michael's covered by green vinyl on all sides. The long parts are layered craft foam also covered in vinyl. Tubing is PU tubing from ebay.

Back armor is Vinyl covered craft foam with lots of weird mitering.
Shoes: White flats with the grided lines drawn on

This costume is not finished in any shape or form. So much needs to be fixed and I was kind of disappointed with myself for not being able to do a different job.

Personal Thoughts:

I decided to take on a pretty different costume from my normal as a challenge. Unfortunately, I think I should have waited just a little bit longer to solidity my skills. I'm pretty happy with it but it needs some major fixing/ finishing before the next wear.
