Construction Details:

Everything was made from pattern with broadcloth cotton. The shirt is laced with leather cording. The triangle on the back is muslin and appliqued. The orange on the shorts is bias tape that I weaved into the pants.

Personal Thoughts:

So...I've always wanted to cosplay Mugen since I first saw the series on Adult Swim (when Geneon owned it...I'm dating myself, I know). So when I learned dear ol' Ginryuu was a Jin cosplayer, I could not resist asking her to be her Mugen, and got a successful reply! It was a TON of fun being in this costume (maybe not the shoes, but cussing and having fun was xD). It's way too comfortable for a cosplay and I laugh so hard at my facial hair whenever I see it. It's ridiculous and I love it.

ALSO SHOUT OUT TO SAMCHAMP GATHERING FOLKS AT ALA 2013! You guys absolutely ROCK.

Styling Notes

Held it upside down on a clothesline, hairspray, let dry, repeat. Then HACK with scissors. Then let Ginryuu hack with scissors. Done. xD
