Construction Details:

A transparent bubble-dome umbrella, transparent plastic trash bags, tulle, tulle, tulle, chiffon, a curtain, satin, mesh, trim, wired ribbon, cellophane, a few packs of LED lights, lots of hot glue, and several burned fingers.
I basically just hot glued a bunch of plastic and fabric to an umbrella.

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted to make a giant light-up jellyfish for my Tsukimi cosplay because it looked like fun to make and I thought it would be a nice addition to the costume.
