I made this with Angel Hearts for Anime Los Angeles, and it was really a group effort to the point that I feel bad taking credit for almost anything! The Los Angeles part of the group bought all the fabric for us in the fashion district and sent it out, Sparkle Pipsi drafted the pattern for our sashes and provided us with instructions for how to modify the storebought pattern for the top of our dress, and Maryssa provided instructions for how to make the matching bootcovers. This outfit was still a lot more of a pain to make than I expected, though, and I'm glad that I finished!
