Construction Details:

Dress was made of black cotton and the white portions were white cotton. It's a pretty straight forward dress design and I wore a black hoop skirt as well. The gem was just a resin gym I made and then pinned to my collar. I wore gloves because I didn't want to paint my hands and use white clown creme makeup for my face.

Personal Thoughts:

I seriously need to remake this costume and do Dorothy justice.
