Construction Details:

The entire outfit was made out of cotton, even the shoe covers. Stripes on the arms were heat-n-bonded and the trim on the jacket was just the hot pink fabric made into bias tape. Blue ball was made out of styrofoam, paper mached, gesso'd, painted, and then wire attached to the zipper of the jacket. The head pieces were styrofoam, then paper mached, gesso'd, and painted. They're attached to the pigtails via some shoe laces I painted hot pink to match everything else. The shoe bases were Shape Ups and the ankle puffs were made just by making a rectangular shape and then stuffed with cotton batting.
