Construction Details:

I made the eye-patch, the necklace/lanyard/ID card thing, and the shirt decal on Paint printed on iron-on paper. The rest is bought.

Personal Thoughts:

I LOVE PIP! HE IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER FROM HELLSING HANDS DOWN! I did his original outfit too but I did a female version and prefer not to post it. :/
